UTIL_RegGameEvent(pchName, handler, mode)
Registers a game event listener.
Parameters
- pchName const char* — Event name (e.g. "player_death", "round_start")
- handler GameEventHandler — parameters:
- mode [Mode](/docs//enums/Mode) — Execution mode (Pre = before engine processing, Post = after)
